I get a squeaking sound from the rear too. Very occasionally. But once it starts, it stays for the entire drive unless I stop and open/close some doors. It usually goes away after I slam the hatch or the rear passenger door.

I replaced mine last week and gaped them to .044. Was having some problems(prior to replacing plugs) and eventually needed the dealer to run a diagnostic. They changed the gaps to .040. Just throwing that out there.
