Ok, I'm confused... Two years ago I was at a Flashlight Drag event at the local airport here. They only had an 1/8 mile track set up(measured out) and I crossed the line doing 95mph and my car was bone stock.

i was there two years ago, but they never could trap speed or time in general. A light would just go off saying what side won. That was at Clarion and Zelie

I was at Clarion, I never made it down to Zeli. It was the same setup you described, I just happened to be monitoring my speed towards the end. The one time I didn't go to the drags, my buddy told me there was a spicy there with black trim on the bottom, I see thats you. Yeah I still have the car, lightly modded now.

ya my MBC broke that day so i was stuck at a whopping 5psi that day. Well lets not get off topic anymore haha, check out the PA section and the links in my sig, im setting up a track and dyno day for the pittsburgh area and hop in the PA thread.

95mph is a 1/4mile dude! A bit low but if it was an 1/8 that would be like trapping 118mph in the 1/4 which you couldn't do without close to another 180whp!

It was an 1/8 mile track for sure, they measured out 660 feet. The Flashlight Drags were only running 1/8 mile. I would post a link for their site, but they are only running on drag strips now thanks to the FAA.

Maybe it was a 9.5et because it would take 400+whp and slicks to trap 95mph in an 1/8 so unless you rolled through starting at 40mph something was very wrong with the clock!

I was racing my buddy who has a supercharged Scion TC and he crossed at 97mph or 98, I don't remember which one.
