Not really. Silverstars are notorious for their short bulb life. I probably went through 4-5 bulbs on my Protege5 in less than a year. Car was stock in any way that would matter to a bulb. Check out Amazon reviews on the Silverstars. Lots of complaints of gnat-like bulb life.
Seems we'll all have the same mods. I've got the RB, just need to lower mine. Did I at least beat someone to the Corksport rear torsion, mudflaps and Megaman sticker?
I want to try some Civic HX rims on a Mazda2. They're 14's, made by Enkei and under 10 lbs each.
So most any Miata wheel will fit? I'd like some 01 Miata LS rims. The 16's.
Texas was emissions and basic inspection like horn and lights. Now that I'm in Washington, I expect it to be the same Commie hippie garbage that California does.
Prepare for an INTENSE install lol.
I'm pretty irritable when it comes to exhaust drone and the RB rarely even gets my attention in that regard. It sounds like an OEM option kind of exhaust it's so, not that loud. My stock SVT Focus was louder.
Touching the window, or perhaps, noticing the temperature as you walk to your car may be a more cost effective means.
I think there may be an optional rear view mirror with a temperature display.
These stock headlights are a bit...terrible, up here in Washington where it's so damn dark at night. What's a good bulb for the stock headlight? I think they're 9003's. I looked into Silverstars but I had them in my P5 and it would eat them every 3-4 months.
I've been looking for some trash rims for autox. Those are pretty kick ass terrible wheels there. Does pretty much any 4 x 100 fit? What about the center bore?
Brilliant business strategy. Hope they're prepared to lose money to people willing to make knockoffs if they're going to be stingy with their licensing.
Mine has been solid, no dash rattles or creaks at all. Even with the corksport torsion bar and rather violent driving habits. I do agree the suspension could be better. It crashes really hard on bumps but is too soft in turns and leans a lot.
