Hey Everyone... Everyonce in a while my P5 just doesn't want to start. I jump in the car push the clutch in and turn the key, but nothing happens. There's no solenoid click, and there's no spinning from the starter. I have checked around here and have seen some similar problems from others, but...

What exactly is it that the wheels are rubbing on with a smaller offset? is it the suspension or the fender? And is that only on lowered cars?

I've read the sticky on rim and tire fitment, understand it just fine...but had anyone tried to find a decent rim lately with the proper offset?? I've found the perfect rim for what I'm looking for, but it only comes in a 17x7 +40... Does anyone know if you can custom order the proper offset...

Do you still have the thin metal plates that go in those locations? I also have a 2nd valve cover, left over from my old motor, that I was going to either paint or powder coat. I didn't even notice those gaskets in there until I looked carefully, I thought the plates were just screwed in there...
