Going to be rebuilding the set of lights on the wife's car

I'm trying to do something a little different and using the Audi style LED's but not as a parking lamp but only as a turn signal and putting them like pictured (so they'd ONLY be on when the turn signal is on) and no angle eye rings, so ignore those

then putting an LED DRL in the turn signal spot and using another LED ring mounted behind the shroud as the parking lamp as pictured

Thoughts and opinions?

Personally not a fan of the LED's in the car headlights. I feel like it's another fad that'll be overdone soon.

Agreed. Audi's are the only cars I like them on.

those LED's pictured would only be visible when turn signal is on, but since then, i pitched the idea to the wife and she said no bueno

It would be sick if those LED's were the only thing visible when the turn signal is on, just how the Audi's do it.
