Looking for a lighter weight, but OEM wheel (Commonly available) for my Mazda6. I've found several sets of the MazdaSpeed Protege "Racing Hart"/Enkei wheels on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist for fairly cheap.
Wondering if they're significantly lighter than the 21.1 lbs (Quoted by Mazda Corporate; still have to weigh the wheels myself to verify.) stock 17x7s that are on my Mazda6.
I need 17 inchers to clear my brakes.
The offset is within 5 mm (MazdaSpeed Protege is 55mm, Stock Mazda6 is 60mm.)
Centerbore is the same 67.1mm
And 17x7 should easily fit the 225/45R17 Hankook R-S4 tires that I'm planning on running.
Looks like a decent wheel choice if the weight is right.
