+1 on those audi wheels....great find to put those on the CX-5 if they are the right size/offset....I think painting the wheel lips is played out and even if it wasnt, those wheels are hot and would look better as is. quit dickin around and put em on so we can see how they look

I may just paint them, a bit darker gray and leave the lip as is.
I need to save up, for tires and wobble nuts. Until than, I will paint them.
They are all machined, ready to go. Hub bore is 66.96 MM, I maid them as tight as possible for better centering. I have also machined off 2 MM, from the mounting surface, to gain more threads for the lug nuts, I have 8 threads now. Also, I will have them going inward 2 MM, so ET42, instead of ET40.

NEED WHEELS? (nana)

We offer practically all brands. Just email/message us with the wheel you're looking for plus your zip code and we'll get you the best price possible.

Ok will this give me more clearance? I'm alway listening to recommendations! Cheers
More clearance? Don't understand your question. Lowering springs will drop the body down on the suspension so that you don't have all that "air" between the wheel/tire and the fender. So, less clearance I guess is the answer!

How come you did not go, with 245/45 tires? They are more accurate, than the 255s.
Paint the calipers red, maybe the mirror covers too.

Hi guys,
first post finally. Heres my recent wheel upgrade. Vertini concaves 20". Was really tempted to go 21" or 22" but glad I didn't as the ride would of been noticeably more uncomfortable

Nice wheels ! Those Vertini concaves ! Wat are the sizes of the tires ?

I personally like the MS3 wheels best when factoring in practicality, comfort, cost and maintaining a stock look. I think finding a used/beat up set for cheap and then getting them polished would look amazing on a black CX5.

Here's an image I stole off RamiLP from a different forum.

Otherwise, a set of simple 5 spoke is what I'm planning for. I photoshopped some Rotiform Nue's that I'm considering.

I've seen Rami's polished MS3 wheels in person and they do look great. You're right, they'd look pretty awesome on your CX5 too.
