I think he means he has Wedge brackets but isn't sure of the brand of sliders.

Wasn't a fan of the Wedge brackets I had briefly in the P5. They took way too much work to fit for the amount I spent on them. Does Planted make brackets for the Protege yet? I'm thinking about getting one of those for the passenger seat in the RX-7.

corebeu makes slider brackets for fb and fc rx7's , I had them on my RX-7 for over 5 years they work great.

These are stamped "Corbeau" on the sliders. I tried for a couple weeks looking for other brackets for the Protege but it seems Wedge is one of very few companies that make them, if no the only one.

I don't expect anything to ever just bolt right in though. A little trimming is usually expected.

I'll get some grade 8 hardware from Home Depot Racing tonight and some eye bolts for the harnesses at Summit.

I have planted brackets on both drivers and passenger side's of my car, they are a bit overpriced for the quality of the finish but the fit was perfect.

Seats and harnesses are in. Whew! That took a lot longer than expected, but that's usually the case. haha

And for anyone interested in harnesses, the G-force eye bolts thread right into the OEM locations.

Nice Job, Evan

Because honestly, it didn't do much more than a $90 Corksport strut tower brace and the roll bar does more for structural rigidity than that thing. They go for big bucks so I sold it. :)

Looks good! Convenient you could use the stock mounting points for the lap belts. Mine were too far back in the RX-7.
