Is the MSP engine the same one out of the Ford Focus?

I like the head lights....damn everything listed in the descripition for that car came stock?......I think i'm gonna cry damn there are a few things I like but damn.....

That doesn't mean anything. Did you even read this thread?
Some models of the Ford Probe have the same 2.0L FS-DE engine as Mazda Protege's. Doesn't matter where they are assembled, or where the company headquarters is based, they can still share the same engine.

the 2.0 L Mazda and Ford are the same basic block.

Assuming you mean the Zetec vs the FS...you couldn't be more wrong. They don't have a single bit of metal in common.
