UPDATE:

Flywheel came in yesterday. It is pretty light. I will weigh it and then weigh the stock one after I am through.

Just waiting on the MHP CAI and the muffler.

UPDATE:

Mounted S-AFC today. I used a piece of aluminum and mounted it where the pocket is below the radio, it looks pretty good. I will post pics when I get everything done.

MHP CAI will be here Mon. They screwed up my order so they said they will overnight it at no extra cost.

Just waiting on the muffler.

Got a price quote of $200-$250 to install my clutch and flywheel, thats pretty good.

Hey NC_MP3, since you seem to have a little extra dough laying around, you wouldn't mind buying me the Mazda Speed intake and exhaust cam would you? Just kidding,...unless you get them for me. It's good that someone on this board is installing this stuff so they can tell us which parts work the best. Now about you buying the cams for me,....oh nevermind.

Actually Ben I am broke now hehe. Next pay check goes to X-mas, then I gotta get a clutch for my Integra, that turbo really did a number on the stocker. Then it's back to modding the MP3. Next up is rims, coilovers, wing, hood, body kit, and graphics.

just out of curisity. what about injectors. i know with your mods your shouldnt have to worry, but what about the guys going bigger. like turbo, and all the high N/A guys. what do our injectors handle.

I dunno about the stock ones, they should handle 8-10 psi of boost though with a fuel pump and regulator. My Integra can do 10 psi easy with no injectors.

Someone tell me the size of the stock injectors and I'll tell you what horsepower they're good for.

Well, from what I've seen and researched, that max PSI you can run on stock injectors is 7-9 PSI, assumming you're not retarding the timing. If you want to do your own calculations on injectors. RC Engineering also has a worksheet where (once we figure out our what our injectors flow at) we can figure out how much HP they're good for. Injector worksheet Have fun with it

UPDATE:

Called Nopi today. My Apexi muffler is on back order. I will cancel that and order from somewhere else. Just waiting on that to get it all installed.

Also called SH Motorsport or whatever it is called about the Mazdaspeed exhaust cam, it is not in stock there either. No one has that cam in stock hehe.

Aight NC. It might be a few weeks. Gonna order a header and exhaust cam this week. Then as soon as I get the money I will get it all installed.
