Thanks everyone for the compliments, the projectors came out of civic projector headlights I think... Here are some pictures with the headlights turned on, i still have to find a decent wall or fence to take a picture of the beam pattern... and still looking for a rear lip.

I got the projectors from a friend, he got them off ebay, i think they came out of one of those projector headlights for the civics. And the covers for the projectors, i got from ebay, i can't find the link for those. The rims are enkei's rs6, i believe same ones as yours...

If you can take those plastic things off the spoiler, then u don't have to drill more holes. I don't think u need them, cause the stock 99-03 spoilers have something similar and i removed mine without problems. But yea if you drill the holes out, they kinda snap in there.

You can bake the lights with the rockblockers on, it won't mess them up, i know cause i baked mine with the rockblockers.

I used rockblockers on my headlights, since they don't make a kit for the 00 pro, i just ordered bulk film and cut it myself. It was pretty easy, took like half an hour to do both headlights.

Mine made the same pop sound, it was from a loose endlink as well.

You might get lucky on ebay and find something cheap, but http://procarparts.com/ has the blacked out headlights for 135 bucks.
