Thanks everyone for the compliments, the projectors came out of civic projector headlights I think... Here are some pictures with the headlights turned on, i still have to find a decent wall or fence to take a picture of the beam pattern... and still looking for a rear lip.

Yes you could probably fit two in the housing with smaller surrounds... but one is good enough for me.
