call jetcoat on Monday if you haven't already sold the unit. It will be coated both inside and out. They should be able to give you a rough price based upon the length of pipe you have. It will also look really good when done.

they charge about 15-20 per foot of piping (for the stuff that is resistant up to 2450 F. I had my exhaust mani done and my hard pipes done. Both in flat black. Manifold was 95, pipes were around 70 or so.

did you have to take it there or did you ship it? also do you have any pics?

take them back, get money back, go somewhere else. If you get him to do work for you again, you can bet it's going to be a crap job and any support from him down the road is going to be worthless.
