This is complete BS. Peter, you best step up and do the right thing. If the motor was good it would still be in your car.

That's because their builds are sh!tty. Do it right and you won't have an issue. I have seen some local attempts at builds and they are a joke compared to what we see here.

High? 9:1 is not high compression these days. Lot's of turbo charged cars come stock with higher compression. Lot's of Z car owners drop their compression down to 9:1 to run boost. My 350Z pushes 16+ psi at 8.8:1 compression. To simple put it, he just turns the little knob on the boost...
