dont touch the bulb when you put em in, the oil from your fingers will create heat spots on the bulb and make it burnout quick. you also get heatspots on the bulbs when you touch it to other objects, like when you put the bulb in the passenger side light housing you cant help but hit the metal...

hiboost is a great kit. CARB legal is a california thing, if you dont live there dont worry bout it. its for keeping emmissions from vehicals low and all that. and you wont pass the visual in smog if your in cali either with a aftermarket turbokit. i dunno how many cats hiboost does away...

when you make your tires a lower profile without having a bigger rim, it makes the overrall diameter of the tire and rim smaller throwing off your milage and speed-o-meter. you can make the tire wider to give you a bigger footprint without changing the diameter and it shouldn't affect milage...
