Turbo is toast. Rebuild or replace.

You can get a new center housing for 700 from atp (ouch!). I'd buy a used one on the cheap to get you by until you can afford to upgrade. I'd recommend the 28RS .64 housing. I loved that turbo, regret down grading everyday I drive it!

thats exactly what I figured and in that case my turbo has been screwed for quite some time now.

MAXX-MAZDA: wondering why he should check the intake pipe vs the hot pipe let me knnow why! I would think the hot pipe ( where he found the oil) would be a better place to look imo.

i would check cold side pipe,hot side,intake and go from there.. also maybe buy my stock t25 when i swap in my 2871r

na i'm looking to upgrade from stock as well. i got a full 3in turbo back exhaust to go with a upgraded turbo. all i would need is a upgraded mani, fmic, a good tune, and bigger injectors and that would do it until I get it paid off.
