I did my Evil M and fog trims outside with no issues.
Yes.I want to do the last picture as well, but I want to have the upper horizontal ridge chromed as well. Did you use plasti dip?
That's a nice looking Evil M.
Do you have any pictures of it from further away?
You should start a new thread for your question.560+ mile road trip through Death Valley. 50 miles from home, kicked up a chunk of something and tore up the mud guard on the front of the left rear wheel well. Pulled the plastic fender arch off with it. Only damage looks to be a missing clip and some scrapes on the mud guard.
Looks to be a few bucks in parts, but in my anger and the darkness, I cannot see how to snap it all back together. Anybody seen instructions for replacing the plastic rear fender trim (over fender)? Gaffer tape is holding it all together for now.
Dipped my roof rails and wheels this weekend.

Got it all snapped back together the next morning. Total damage: one left side plastic "mud guard rivet". 78 cents online plus $7.95 shipping. Gonna head over to the dealer and order one this week. Gaffer tape is holding it on just fine for now.

Or a B-29 Superfortress bomber...Anyone in the PNW go see the Museum of Flight 727 fly to Boeing field?
I normally would like to keep everything in stock. But I really hate both sides of rearview mirror image on CX-5 are blocked by the rear seat headrests. I went ahead purchased a pair of non-US spec, low-profile rear seat headrests at a Mazda dealer during the recent trip to Taipei. It cost me USD $96.52 for a pair. Once I got back and swapped them last weekend, I feel that the money was well spent! I'm very happy to have these low-profile headrests and now I can see a full view of the back window from rearview mirror!
