I pay $17 @ quart, (Xt-M5-QS), at my local Ford dealer and they label it Motorcraft.

Mobil 1 5W-30 Synthetic motor oil
Motul Hi-temp brake fluid, (must have SS braided brake lines)
Synthetic power steering fluid
20% Water Wetter, 20% anti-freeze, 60% distilled water

Pennzoil Platinum 5w-30 in the engine (every 5k)

Stock everything else. But... I'll soon be making the switch to XT-M5-QS and I'm also going to switch to Shell Rotella T6 5w-40 next oil change, which is soon.

Mobil 1 Full Synthetic 5W-30 every 3k (I drive her hard). Everything else still stock.

Tranny: Motorcraft Full Synthetic Manual Transmission Fluid XT-M5-QS.

engine gets Shell Rotella synth 5w-40. trans is Redline MT-90. everything else is factory, radiator flush/fill not too far away. thinking bout trying the Motorcraft juice everyone seems to be raving about. no real complaints w/ the redline, but always looking for an improvement on the overly-notchy trans.

What? no one is using Castrol Syntech in their motor?

I prefer Castrol Syntec rather than Mobil1. I recently tried Castrol Edge and it seems to be working out okay.

I actually got it at pepboys. I heard they sell it at wallyworld and it's cheap there, but it was only 19.99 for a gallon jug of the stuff. Which seems pretty resonable to me. You need two jugs though and you'll use 1.5 of 'em.
