Just wanted to see who is using what and how they like it.

Penzoil platinum 5w30 in crankcase, Ford XT-M5-QS in transaxle. I suspect the trans fluid impacted the functioning of the LSD, but I've seen a about a 1 mpg difference since the swap, so I'm sticking with it.

Shell Rotella Syn T6 5W-40 in the engine and Ford XT-M5-QS in the tranny.

Tranny: Motorcraft XT-M5-QS this stuff is as smooth as silk.
Everything else is what ever was in it from the factory.

Am thinking of switching to the Amsoil synthetic for motor and changing it every 15K.

Tranny: about to change to Motorcraft Ford XT-M5-QS, but stock fluid is in there now.
