What did you pay for your CX-5?

It also can be a dealer swap. Mine it had 89 miles on it and originally it was at another dealership(pretty far away(Riverside CA).

Wife and I bought a 2014 Grand Touring w/Tech, cargo cover, rear bumper guard, wheel locks, roof rails for $28,250 this weekend (came to a little over $31k OTD). We're satisfied with the deal we got.

Congrats. For a FWD I assume. That's a great deal. If it's AWD, it'd be a steal.

Did I get a good deal?

2014 CX5 Grand Touring, with Tech and AWD

Black on Black

I got 1.9% financing. After my down payment if I decide to pay all 72 payments, its only 1700 in interest.

so the max the car will cost is $35,424

Just got two quotes for CX-5's. Touring with Bose and Grand Touring. FL taxes and dirty FL admin fees.

14 CX5 TOURING W MOON/BOS. $24,900. with an OTD of $27,506 ( $799 admin. fee, $1,557 taxes, $250 doc)

14 CX5 GT $26,700 with an OTD of $29,414. ($799 administrative fee, $1,681 taxes, $250 doc fee)

Destination is included in the base price and the Loyalty discount ($500) hasn't been applied yet.

Thoughts?

What would be a good price to go on for a 2014 CX-5 Sport Auto FWD? The one I am looking at has MSRP $23,390 and I do not quality for any of the listed rebates. (Military, Current Mazda Owner, etc) Mississippi auto tax is 5%

In that price you did not include the destination. That is another $795. Truecar shows for Los Angeles $23.669.

Just got a new White 2014 FWD base Touring Cx-5. Sticker price was $25815, dealer quoted $24200 with OTD $26171. It was a dealer trade with 500 miles. I did not qualify for any incentives. I did get floor mats and cargo cover included!

Very excited about my new car. Consider a Cx-7 two years ago. Glad I waited especially for the 2.5 engine.

This is what I paid in Oregon. I got tired of dealers quoting such high numbers, I used Costco auto. They were actually priced well.

$30215 msrp (GT, AWD, roof rack, rear bumper guard) / $29114 invoice
Paid: $28288 ($826 below invoice. $1927 below msrp)

Also bought extra warranty with $200 deductible: $950.

I used Mazda's 0.9% finance 60 month. Initially they quoted me $27808 if I don't use Mazda finance, but their own finance service was 4.5% interest.

Oh, and there was no haggle at all. They said this price is final for costco pricing. At least that's much less stress buying a new car.

Dealer fee was $100 or so, and no tax in Oregon. There's registration fee, finance fee, so out the door, the paper said $29999.

after going back and forth with about 4 different mazda dealers in the area i got price of $25,650 for FWD Touring with bose/moonroof + tech package + roof racks/wheel lock combo. MSRP was $28,580. just picked up last night! got the current promo of .9% financing for 60 months as well

Got a CX-5 GT AWD mica red. MSRP $35445 (including freight and preparation) + tax. Paying $34500 including $2200 worth of extras (winter tires with OEM 17" rims (base CX-5 ones), all weather mats, cargo tray, cargo cover, roof rails, wheel nut locks) + $150 gas card. 0% for 48 months financing

Boston Purchase Price

I'm here in Boston and the dealerships here do not seem as desperate.

MSRP: $31,745 (CX-5 GT AWD, White, with Tech Package & Wheel Lock)

Invoice (without Regional Ad Fees): $30,696

KBB has the "fair market price" as: $30,088 - $30,597

TrueCar Price : $30,783 (Without Regional Ad Fee: $30,396)

Final Negotiated Price: $30,500 with no incentives.

This was the lowest I could find around here and no one seem to be willing to go any lower right now.

Anyone got a better deal in the area and from which dealership?

I picked up a FWD Sport with Bluetooth package ($24,070 MSRP) for an out the door price of $23,750 in Fairfax, VA. Pretty happy with the deal I got.

I purchased a 2014 CX-5 Grand Touring with the Technology Package and the rear cargo mat for $29495.05 out the door. This was at a no-hassle pricing dealer and with a $19600 trade-in which drops the sales tax by $1106. The no-hassle price was $27795 including destination, compared to a $30300 sticker and $29308 invoice.

All in all, I'm happy with the price that I paid for this car.
