So I've had my 2015 CX-5 Sport Nav for a couple of years (I'm in the UK so it's the top of the range model with Bose sound system). Aside from the much commented on delay for the USB drive to be scanned following engine start-up and never resuming tracks, it's worked okay. But all of a sudden the car won't read any of the tracks on the drive. I've taken the thumb-drive out and put it back in.........no joy. I've put the drive into my computer to see if it's a formatting problem......but no the drive is fine according to my PC. I've tried another thumb-drive..............the car won't read that either.
Any idea what's going on or have I got a faulty head unit that needs to be fixed?
