Screeching noise at the rear (2018 CX-5)

My 2018 CX5 FWD Grand Touring is making a screeching noise every time when it is turned off. It also makes the sound when the car is put in accessory mode and switched off. Engine does not have to be turned on. It's only a second or two long but it's very noticeable. We lifted up the car and we found out this was the part that was doing it. Looks to be on the exhaust. Anyone know what this is and if l can get the part separately? When we unplugged the cord, the noise went away but a vehicle system malfunction warning came up on the dash. Car has 100k miles on it as well.

From what I've read on another forum, it's an electrically actuated valve that is used to partially close-off the exhaust during cylinder deactivation to better utilize exhaust gas scavenging.
I don't know if it's available separately from the pipe that it's attached to.
EDIT: Here's a couple of them (may not be exactly the same as yours) on eBay:

Maybe yours could be removed, disassembled and lubed to quiet it down?

And check out this thread for more info:
