Oil leak on the turbo

The oil line going in has a leak. Stock turbo with about 156K on it; tired for sure and I figure this is probably fairly normal. I've tried to tighten the line without much luck.

Solutions? Suggestions (aside from buy a bigger one)

What kinda mileage have you guys put on the stock ones and what should I expect when it's on the way out?

Some oil seeping is normal my car has been doing it since before I bought it. Turbos vary in their durability, some last 40k miles and some go to almost 200k. Mine is original as far as I know and it functions normally with 146k miles on 10psi.
