What did you wrap your coolant hoses with? It looks like some kind of foil tape.

when I had my awr header, it did the same thing. actually touched the coolant hose. I wrapped the header, and wrapped the coolant hose. drove for 4+ years with no issues. although I did keep my eye on it.

It's Thermo Tec aluminum tape.
