Just Put New American Racing Wheels 16x7 With 42mm Offset And Bridgestone Goo9 205/50/16 On 2002 Potege 5 And I Think I'll Have A Problem A Fender Rub On Rear.any Ideas On How To Increase Ride Height Without Stiffing The Ride.

you cant increase the ride hiegth --- you needed a +45 not 42 or you change the tire to a 195/50 -- best of luck

you could roll the fenders. I just did a search on this a few days ago and learned a couple of different ways to do it. I'm running 205/55/r16 on stock, and 195/45/r17 on my summer wheels. I'm getting ready for some lowering/suspension work and I had some concerns about rubbing.

I'm running 16x7, 40mm, 205/50 and haven't rubbed since I rolled. Should be ok with 42mm after rolling.

You can do it right by renting the proper tool (read "not a bat") from rollyourfender.com. We made a day out of it and rolled 3 P5s in the DC/MD/NoVA area for $80.
