Re-use old Honda Accord winter tires?

I have an old set of winter tires/wheels from my 2013 Honda Accord, and wondering if they will work on my cx-5.

They are a set of firestone winter force 2 in:

205/65R/16

Wheels are (copied from tirerack)

Size:16X6.5
Offset:+42mm
Backspacing:5.39"
Bolt Pattern:Not Available
Rec. Tire Size:225/70-16
Weight:24.0 lbs.
Finish:Black Painted
Construction:2pc. Welded

The bolt pattern seems to be the same as the Honda: 5x114

Should i get a new set? Or can i use the my current set.

Thanks for your help!

If the tires are over 6 years old, don't.

If the bolt pattern is 5 on 4.5" try the wheels for fitment and rubbing. They may work. If you buy 225/70-16 tires, they are super close to the OEM 17" size and may well be better suited to deep snow.

Unless you are deep into the snow belt, your OEM tires are likely enough, for now.

Those tires aren't even in the realm of being the same size. There's no way I'd do it at all.

Not only are the tires totally unsuitable - too old, too small diameter, too low a weight capacity - but the wheels may not fit due to offset, brake caliper clearance and centerbore size. I understand the desire to save money, but no. No. No. No.
