Need help installing factory plug-n-play alarm

I just purchased the factory alarm for the p5 from a member here, i have evrything ready to go but having trouble with a wire. There is awire that goes to the door switch but wanting to know how its connected to the switch. The wire is cut on the alarm harness, am i supposed to just splice into the switch harness. I do have the install guide, but the guide shows me the wire but with a male/female spade connector. Can anyone show me how theres is connected to the switch, it would really help me out. By the way the wire from the harness is black w/blue stripe.

that wire should just need to to be paired with the door trigger wire. Basically just find the wire (can't remember the color off the top of my head, but you can easily find it by removing the B pillar cover and find it right at the switch) and strip about 1/2 inch of the coating off of it and wrapping the alarm wire around it. Tape it up and you're done.
