Mazdaspeed3 Dyno Comparisons

413 ft-lbs of Torque! Most for just bolt-ons!

Pretty awesome, hunh?

Alright, that's just a fluke that I noticed when I accidently left the bottom axis on Speed instead of engine Speed. The second graph shows a more legitimate result with the red lines being a stock baseline I had done awhile ago and the blue lines being a dyno I had done the other day with the Nano and a mid-pipe. I am not happy with the way the AFRs tanked on these dynoes and don't know if they are truly representative.

The speed 3 definitely has a split personality based on weather and humidity.

I really enjoy the fall and winter here in florida, as the car really shines then.

I just got my Dyno done yesterday. 1st Pull was stock except with COBB SF Intake, 2nd pull was with new parts installed : Desno ITV22 plugs, TXS RB & DP combo, COBB TIP, and AP Stage 1+SF 91. Is it odd that i reach peak HP near 4500 RPM and stays there till about 6500? I have large noticeable gains across the mid band but peak is only about 5hp gain. Also, does the torque curve look normal, i have huge gains across the mid band but tapers off pretty early? For stock (relatively) on the first dyno I had allot more power than I thought i did. Thanks guys for all input and feedback!

I have protuned a few full intake and exhausts 08' speed3' making 285hp/300ish TQ. I will post them when I get back to the dyno on Monday. I believe I even have one with a TMIC at just over 300hp.
