Any chance to have these plated/painted for rust resistance?

The rods are zinc coated and the rod ends are cast. I have had these on my car for almost a year and a half (living near the beach) with no corrosion or rust.

I wash my car about every 3 months. I work near a construction site, and the product that I make at work is really dusty. I only wash on occasions. lol
