E-Break Light wont turn off

So I changed my rear breaks and ever since my ebreak light wont turn off. The ebreake still works fine but when i take it off the light still stays on... any idea why this is?

I havent rechecked them but i pretty confident its all back together properly... I know the pads themselvs are there correctly. Like I said everything works fine so im assuming the ebrake line is connected correctly as well... doesnt hurt to check though

Mine didnt stay on but it would come on randomly turns out i was low on brake fluid.

That was my first thought as well but my fluid is fine.

I have the same problem now, I know its an old post, but did you ever find out the problem? I saw that it may be a wheel speed sensor. I have both my ebrake and my abs light on. Fluid is fine, I did my front pads and rotors. I'm assuming it's because my rears need to be done...?

No you likely just have a bad ABS sensor
