Dash Speakers work intermittently

I have an 08 CX9 GT w/ Bose and DVD entertainment. The front dash speakers work when I start the car and cut out after I have been driving for a short time, making it impossible to hear any highs in the front seats. I have no idea what is causing this I have removed both speakers and checked the connections both seem fine. Only thing I can think is it has something to do with the Bose controller/ AMP. How do you access the Amp and where is it located.

there is no point in trying to access the amp for repair. it usually costs about $300 or more for it. also you will be out of a radio for a couple of weeks as well. if you replace it, be prepared to spend a lot more.

but to answer your question, the amp is located in the passenger side quarter panel and the wire colors are green/white (+) and green/yellow(-) black 16 pin plug pins H and J for the center speaker
