2017~2024 CX-5: All of a sudden all favorites and phone contacts gone!

Weird. Nothing unusual happened, just started the car and they were gone. Sirius/XM was on channel 1 so I thought we just lost the regular
signal and it would resume later. Next day still on channel 1 so I did the channel select and all channel were available and at that point
realized all the favorites were gone. Checked the phone contacts they were all gone too. Didn't check Nav favorites, they might be gone too.

Possible, will keep eye out - see if it happens again. Battery's about two years old.

Not that wierd to lose contacts but the Favorites is very odd. I can't imagine a 2 year old battery is getting flaky.
