Another SmartCard Fob Question (Using similar Fobs)

I posted this on another forum but I think it will get a better answer here.
Has anyone successfully paired a 2008 CX-9 GT with any other SmartCard other than the one with the Original (4 Button)?

I mean the RX-8 CARD looks similar and has the same FCC ID but different pictures on it (Trunk is different)
and there are the 2 button one for the CX-9 S / T which doesn't have the Trunk pop or Auto Start. (Same ID as well)

Do those work in this car?
