I didn't come up with anything searching but figuring I can't be alone here lol.
I've got a 2020 CX-9 Signature with the power lift gate, and the little buttons on the key fob have proven all too easy to press when you don't want too. Once my 3-year old got a hold of them which led to an epic battle between the lift gate and my garage door. This morning it happened again and I've had it.
My question is, is there any reason i couldn't order one of the simpler key fobs without the power lift gate buttons? The lift gate is handy, but unless Mazda offers a key with some sort protective cover like a missile key, the button on the keyfob is way more trouble than its worth.
