    That is what I am planning to use, the E55 shrouds. Thanks for the pics mx-p5. Those look great! retrofitsource has a pic of sedan housing with the bowl covered in CF overlay, found that to be interesting.

    bump! summers here and i am not enjoying seeing my oil temp hitting 280-300. my coolant temp doesn't go past 220.

    drove it to vegas this past weekend. it was not fun watching my oil temp at 280. after changing the t-stat to a 180 and refilling with 50/50 and water wetter, my coolant temp doesn't go past 220 anymore. anyone know if an oil temp of 280 is ok on a protege? it only gets up that high on...

    hmm...is there a pic floating around of that plate concept? i have the turbolife fmic and i have a gap from where the smic would sit. how would i orient the plate?

    i didnt pull my o2 sensor to force close loop. how is your MAF wired? i had to add a resistor to the MAF input going into the FIC. I'll make sure the clamp is set to 4.6 tho.

    got my fic working. intercepted the maf with a resistor to ground. went to my tuner. was having trouble tuning with the MAF table. he had to add like 80% fuel and the ecu was pulling timing. car was misfiring like crazy due to my old plugs. my tuner wants to try one more time with the MAF...

    if the ecu has been reflashed, can the unichip (or any other piggyback for that matter) still be used? my friend with an 03.5 told me his ecu keeps relearning and keeps the stock fuel map instead of his ems' map.

    3" custom thermal jpipe back, ~7.5psi, unichip OTB tune Map A, turbohoses smic with hardpipes, injen CAI. my god that tune is scary. closed loop afr's till 4k, even with the unichip. i'm assuming if the car was reflashed that i would need to retard the timing from 2-4k.
