I've had no problem adjusting the sensitivity of the auto wipers... Rotated to the least sensitive setting, it takes a quite a bit of water to get the wipers going. I'd investigate that (or check with the dealer.) As for the stereo, with the Centerpoint on, it sounds pretty ok however I dislike...

It is an amp/processor unit. The speakers aren't active speakers.

It's pretty easy. Usually just wedging some dental floss between the badge and the paint will separate the two. For more difficult situations, apply gentle heat with a blowdryer (softens the adhesive.) Once it is off, any residual adhesive can usually just be rolled off with your fingers.

Those were produced by the joint Ford/Mazda plant/production. It only applies to them. All Skyactive engines are after that split up and are produced in Japan. Mazda might as well be from two different companies from pre and post Ford.

You need to keep the ppm up as moly is a lubricant. There are molybdenum additives you can add to any oil. I should add that cars have survived without moly for years -- this is just newer knowledge on lubrication. I don't believe the newly endorsed by Mazda Castrol oils have high moly concentrates.

You are probably on the wrong source. The Centerpoint setting is greyed out when not on a source that can use it (USB/iPod or CD.) If you switch to one of those and check settings again, you'll see you can edit the setting for Centerpoint again.

This has been investigated. Mazda uses the Idemitsu GF-5 oil for factory fill at production. So in this case, it is the same oil as the Mazda 0W20 with Moly they recommend (that's the rebranded version of Idemitsu.) No dino oil is used for the Skyactiv engine. The Castrol blend that is allowed...

All synthetic oil has some moly. The difference is the Mazda oil with moly has 664 ppm verses 75-93 ppm in the Mobil 1. That is the huge difference (and you need concentrates over 100 ppm for the Molybdenum to make a difference.)

That's not what road force balancing is about. It's about the compound in the tire's rubber being uneven that can case vibration (there are allowable +/- in all tires.) Road force balancing measures the consistency of the tires.

As far as I can find, all 0W-20 oils are at least partially synthetic. There should be no option for a dino oil change on these engines in the US. I'd reconsider your dealer if he's suggesting something that is counter to Mazda's specs.
