My 2014 Sky Blue CX-5 has about 10 paint chips on the bumper and hood. It seems to scratch easily as well. The paint seems very soft. I've owned mine now for about 1 year 9 months.

Thanks for the responses. It doesn't sound like its a noticeable difference in mpg hit. We don't have to do any calculations or anything to get a really accurate percentage drop. I was mainly looking for noticeable drops in mpg given the same driving habits with the hitch vs without it.

Why does a replacement windshield cost so much for the CX-5? I have the Touring CX-5 2014 and I've been getting quotes of $360 plus. I was quoted for $450 for Pilkington windshield which is the OEM equivalent.

Can someone tell me how many quarts of oil is needed for the 2014 CX-5 2.5L engine? I tried looking at the manual but it didn't mention it. I know I can just pour and check it when I do my oil change but it seems much of a hassle. If someone knows, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Thanks HandA, I didn't realize there were two settings on that. I just tried it and it worked fine. Its better than turning on the engine that's for sure.

I'm in SoCal area and I'm getting around 26.2 mpg if I just use it to go to work (~25 mile round trip). The mpg was done manually. I've only reached >30mpg a couple times. On long drives to Vegas I got around 28-29 mpg. 2014 CX-5 Touring
