Silver MSP Sighting in Grafton, IL?

I was down in missouri yesterday and we headed over to alton and drove up this gorgeous road from alton right on the mississippi to grafton and had lunch. As we were sitting there at this eatery on the water a car club rolled up with a couple srt-4's, mustangs, and a silver MSP with illinois tags. Had exhaust, cf hood partially painted, cf ricetezzas, and a somewhat custom looking frontmount.

Anyone know if hes on here? Just wanted to say hey, and the car looks great.

i've seen that car down here around o'fallon before i think. would look be perfect except for those damn taillights.
