I'm planning of getting a 3rd one in 3-4years for my wife's daughter, she like Green :) But it will be an Auto hi hi hi
She will get some lil mods but nothing too crazy, mostly stereo upgrade, SRI/Ram Air Box, axle back, better brakes, RB springs, CS torsion bar, tint and that's it.

By that time there will probably be a new version of the Mazda 2. ;)

Ok tires on the car, drove around a bit and wow, it feels nice. It's more comfortable than the oem Yoko's, the handling seem to be dead on...I haven't run them hard yet, but braking them in for a few KM. Got pictures to add, so stay tuned.

Ok, winter mode. Looks funny with black steel wheels, I think next year I'll run the oem wheels plasti-diped in black.

I need new summer wheels and I got life in the Falkens for an other 2years. So I need 15x7" or 15x8".

Track days should be K1's 30+offset 15x7" with the Falkens. Light, low cost, easy to clean, easy to plasti dip too

DD, Enkei Compe 15x8" 25+offset with all seasons 205/50R15. They are heavy but man they look soooooo hot

I did a lil redneck ECU mod, got tired of all that plastic being there doing nothing.....so good-bye old intake box

Ok, I think a 2.0l MZR would look like a lot better under my hood

An other thing I was thinking, what could we use for transmission. Speed3 transmission can it couple to the 2.0l?

I'm starting to get a picture in my mind :)

Yup, MS3 gearbox and a set of custom axles. The Guys at CJ Wilson used R-Axles.com I believe to do the set of axles.

I think I may work on this after all :)

I got to find tune also to mate with the high compression of the Cosworth piston, new cams, manifold, t-body and SRI.

For SRI I may use a CS unit and mod it a bit. I got to find a transmission, engine with ECU/ Wire harness. Looks like next winter 2014/15 I'll be starting my project ;)

It will be great to see this unfold.

It will take time and money, but this lil car is worth it ;)

I got to find

-2.0l MZR with wire harness
-Mazdaspeed3 Transmission
-Custom axles
-Pistons, piston rods, cams, cam springs, crankshaft, larger t-body, Intake manifold, modified Corksport SRI
-Header, custom exhaust, tune
-Engine mounts
-Lots of other things that can't come to mind yet lol

An other thing that may be cool, and would cost a lot less money... Jackson Racing Rotrex C30 supercharger, custom bracket, custom alternator pulley, piping, BPV, intercooler, injectors, forged pistons 8,5:1, forged piston rods. Custom tune and a better transmission.....lol Sound easier to swap a 2.0l ;)

I found a 2004 Mazda3 2.0l for under 2,000$....yep going with a 2.0l sound pretty sweet. Buying the car, rip the engine and trans out. Rebuild it with all the cool parts.

Find a transmission and get those custom axles will be harder.
