This is a RHO front mount license plate that screws into the tow hook mount. Has 9 months of use and I am missing one screw/star washer/lock nut. The fourth screw is not needed depending on the "look" you want for your front plate (the fourth screw rubbed on my bumper). Is it in good condition as shown in photo. Prefer money order but willing to do PayPal if necessary.
