First of all, happy belated 4th! Hope everyone is doing well!
As for the quote above...That's why I think the remaining established forums out there such as this one are thriving and will continue to do so in specific areas such as model-based discussion...
The post about "quick communities" caught my eye...I hadn't heard it before but have no doubt noticed the phenomenon...I wanted to clarify how Mazdas247 is doing...While traffic has mostly moved away from areas of community that involve location, clubs, off topic and heavy photo sharing...It has come on strong in model-specific areas as mentioned above, especially for newer models.
I'm not to concerned with the future of forums when I see threads like this...

Anytime I browse reddit for specific info about something, I see comments linking to forums and YouTube channels for more info...To me it seems, what's not on forums, blogs and niche sites / apps is just temporary chatter with no long term value.
How's NEMOC as a club doing? Membership up, down or stagnant? I've always enjoyed NEMOC threads and I hope they continue!
