i dont care, only mentoined it because it would make your list serve as a gauge for how close to meeting the specified number we are. IE, we only need 11 more shirts, whereas the list only shows 5 purchases.

is the 24 shirt minimum to get the $13 price? there's only so many NEPOCers, i'm concerned we won't meet the minimum. Is there's a $14 w/ a 16 shirt minimum option or something like that?

24 is the minimum for screen printing because I don't charge any screen fees and printing less than that would cost WAY more. If it were going to be less than 24 I would have to print them using a different method (heat transfer).
