Mazda 626 voltage draw causing rough idle.

Anywhere from 13.5 to 14.5V is a good range to have an alternator charging at. You should go get it checked for free at autozone or advanceautoparts etc. Im not sure if your 626 has a distributor but if it does you may want to try to adjust timing. If not you may want to check your ignition...

How do the fans operate with A/C on?

In most cars yes, both fans should come on with the ac. The 2 fans work off of 3 relays that control their operation one for each fan separately and 1 other relay that turns both of them on.

    MPV 2001 starter problem

It cant be the starter solenoid if the whole starter itself has been replaced several times. I would check the condition of the teeth on the flexplate. Then check for voltage drop between the battery and where the wires connect to the starter to make sure its getting good power and ground.

    millenia ? Please Help!

No there are no aftermarket tail or headlamps. You need a 9006 bulb size HIDs. And yes 18's will fit with a bit thinner tire, but be very careful with the offset.

Could be bad residual check valves in the master cylinder, but a bad proportioning valve or misplaced springs are also a possibility.

    New Owner, Transmission problems

Sounds to me like its slipping. The first thing you should try is draining it and filling it with the right amount of fluid. Sorry but I dont think its a shift solenoid since that would throw a transmission code. You best bet for a definate answer would be to take it to a transmission shop. Dont...

    Spark plug question

No it doesnt the 2.0L engine is a DIS. Hmm try resetting the ECU by disconnecting the batt and holding the brake pedal down for 30 seconds. Doesnt hurt to give it a try. Has the problem gotten better or same thing?

    Spark plug question

Hmm thats wierd, did you use the oem plugs? I believe Mazda used NGK in most models. Resetting the ECU now may not do anything since it already has had time to adjust and obviously something is out of wack. Does this car have a distributor like the KL-DE?

    Spark plug question

That is normal, your car adjust the timing a tiny bit by itself to compensate for worn out plugs and wires and octane of the gas. Now your car didnt know what to do when you put new parts in it so it took a bit for the timing to re-adjust. Thats why they say you should use a timing light and...
