Ets tmics are backorderd. I have been waiting since May 20. Now they are telling me early august. I am dying here. The summer will be over by the time I get my tmic!!

Here in philly you have to take your car to a service shop to get your emissions sticker. Some of these places will give you more hassels than others. I was wondering if anybody had any experience with any inspection shops in Philly that would pass me with the stock downpipe and a test pipe...
