Would like to replace my factory radio with an aftermarket navigation system and see that there are several available. Was going to go with a Rosen unit but now seeing that others are plug and play that work with other features in my car. Any actual experience with any of the below units?

I am curious to see what the answer to this is as well. I want to replace the factory stereo but I don't want to lose the OEM backup camera.

I am in the market for the a navigation radio, as well. My car has Bose speakers, etc. Are there any aftermarket radios that are here in the US for purchase?
