WTB: MS3/STi in Southeast

Hey guys and gals, as the title states, looking to buy locally a new car for myself. Preferable a Mazdaspeed3 or a Subaru STi (sedan), under 60k miles and for around $12k. Figured I'd give it a shot here, who knows who looks at these things, can't hurt I suppose.
