wow this oem sparetire subwoofer is not easy as i hought

Have a 2003 mp5 that has bad engine. Figured id switch EVERYTHING in to my good running 2002 mp5. So i started with this devil of a sub in the spare tire. Figured i could just pull all the panels and it would have one wire harness that ran to the front and plugged in... nope its all connected to every damn thing!!! All The way to the fuse box. And pass the fuse box. Into the dash into every electrical thing you can think of lol i made it to the fuse box pulled fuse box. How do you guys do this? Just run your own wires from the radio to the snipped woofer harnress plugin or what? All the posts on here dont really give an in depth write up. Maybe i am missing something.. Plus its 100 degrees outside and 90% humidity so im geting angry with it lolol

Thats what I did. just ran wires to the snipped harness. It's a big cumbersome bundle of wires, but it gets the job done.
