What is this part? Near wheel / leaking, pics.

I was changing my oil tonight and noticed something leaking near the passenger front wheel, and I'm not quite sure what it is.

The same part on the driver's side was normal (not leaking).

I'll probably end up having my mechanic deal with it unless you think it is relatively easy to fix. Also, any ballpark price on how much it will be?

It is an '09 Mazda 5, ~ 68,000 miles.

Edit: Lower right arm? Picked that off of a diagram at this page which says the part is ~ $150.

IIRC, OEM control arm use hydraulic bushings, much like the PMM. Do you like your ride stiff (look for aftermarket like Energy suspension) or get OEM replacement. Don't use OEM 'like' replacements/replicas.
