What did you pay for your Mazda3 w/ Taxes and Fees?

I'll be picking mine up on Saturday, finally. Been searching, finding, losing, wheeling, dealing, haggling, fighting, calling, emailing, hanging up, cursing and caving in for over three months. I don't know if it's just the specific color/trim/tranny, but every time the one I wanted popped up, it was already gone. I even had one salesman looking for me. He called me to say he had it. When I called back, he told me, nope, the manager had a buyer for it already, and it was still at the port waiting for a truck to bring it to the lot.

In the end, I had almost no bargaining leverage. I got my Titanium iGT 6MT Hatch w/ Fogs for $23590 plus $399 "conveyance fee" (pure profit "doc" fee that no CT dealer will budge on), $115 DMV, $1536 tax. So 25,640 OTD. About $1000 under MSRP I guess. No incentives. I'll tell you what -- the salesman really earned it. Our email thread is something like 90 messages long. Could have done worse, but reading this board, I sure could've done a lot better! No matter, it will be my first NEW new car, and I'm going to appreciate the ish out of it.

** Edit:
Oh yeah, also get "lifetime oil change" deal with that, though I don't know exactly how that works. I usually do synthetic so I can go longer between service, but I don't imagine that's gonna fly here.

Paid 25500 for s GT hatchback, automatic (with minor options, see below), so 854 under voice. Plus 150 doc fee + tax title license in Seattle = 28362 OTD.

REAR BUMPER GUARD $100
SCUFF PLATES/DOOR SILL TRIM PLATES $125

I also had a firm bid for an i GT hatchback with no options for 22888 -- 1140 under invoice -- but then realized I really wanted leather, not leatherette.

I feel ya here. I'm currently driving a 2000 Eclipse GT that just passed 147,000 miles that I'm planning to trade in. Hoping to get a mazda 3 soon that'll go even further!

newbie

About 3 wks ago (late Nov.) picked up a 2014 3i sport hatch, auto trans, liquid silver for:

$18580 (incl destination fee) + $500 dealer's fee + tax ($775) + title/tags ($95) = $19950 otd

dealer is in northern VA. Any thoughts about how I ultimately did?

Hi,

This is my first post right here...so happy to join you guys...been a big fan of Mazda3 since long time and now this is the time I made my mind up to switch from American Chevy Cruze to buy the all new Mazda3 :)

I got 2014 4-door S Grand Touring - Snowflake white pearl mica/Black leather interior - Automatic - 2TE technology package with "240 miles only". For $23k + $490 fees plus tax. Is it a good deal?

Also, how bad is the depreciation down the road with the Mazda3? I used to change cars more often...

Thanks a lot guys :)

Was able to seal the deal today - a 2015 i Grand Touring, out the door at $23798. Originally was looking at the regular touring w/tech but decided to pull the trigger on the step up.

I just picked up my 'new' 2014 3 i Touring w/ manual in Meteor Gray on Tuesday for $19180 after TT&L. It was being sold as used because it was Mazda exec driven and titled, but it came to the dealer with less than 150 miles on it. They definitely gave a sob story about how they were already losing money at the price they listed on their website, and even tried to put me in a brand new 2015 i Sport instead.

Just bought a 2015 Mazda3 iTouring MT hatchback with Tech Pkg for $21,000.

I paid an additional $500 for after-market heated seats, since I loved the cloth seats and didn't want to upgrade to the iGT with the leatherette.

Just drove 'er home. The car is fabulous, I'm so happy! (dance)

Just brought her home on Friday!

2015 Mazda 3 iTouring Sedan w/Tech 6sp, Jet Black, all weather mats ($100), wheel locks ($55), interior lighting ($275), cargo net ($50)

Total Price: $20,857
Rebates: -$750 (financed through mazda)
Doc Fee: $450 (absurd!)
Taxes: $818.88 (6.25% MA, tax factors in $7,500 trade in MA)
RMV Fee: $135

MSRP: $22,495
Out the door for $21,510.88

I don't think I've seen another OTD price come to almost 1,000 below MSRP on here, so I'm feeling pretty darn good about myself right now! (breakn)

2015 Mazda3 s Grand Touring Hatchback automatic in Soul Red.

Out the door was $26,229.84

Doc fee was $80. California sales tax, license and fees was $2478.84.

This reflects a $500 loyalty incentive, and a $750 incentive to finance through Mazda.

I am livin in canada and the tax here is pretty high. the car starts from 17000 but with my highest trim with maximum option. I am paying ~35000 (include freight and PDI and taxes) But then I added an paint and undercoat that cost me 1200. new car insurance for 4 years for 2000 and extended 7yrs warranty for 3000. so everything total of 42000+. (YES, FOR A MAZDA 3 HB TOP TRIM WITH EVERY OPTION). I can actually buy an base a3 with the same price. But they offer me 0% finance!!!!! I just put down 20000 down payment split the rest for 4 yrs with amazing 0% interest rate.
