we had a social worker up here do the very same thing with one of her students. reportedly they had sex several times in the kid's car. the kid committed a minor offense downtown chicago and he told the cops, "if you let me off i'll point you to a sex offender." when they asked him to prove she slept with him, he drew a picture of all the tattoos around her vagina and allowed them to tap his calls back and forth to her. treacherous fucker

She will suffer enough being labled as a child predator and having to report to therapy and counseling sessions for it. Obviously the parents are too concerned about the harm done to their child, they even said he had already "well-adjusted" and shows no sign of being traumatized.

The problem is when you get into high scool, or even middle school for the matter, the young girls who sleep with their teachers are willing to do so. The male teacher is convicted of stachatory (sp) rape and is labeled a "sexual predator" and does hard time. In this situation, the teacher will be labeled a " sexual offender " with no time served. I think the punishment should be a mirror image when it comes to genders. If the want to cry equal rights, then give it to them.
